    At Kimi's Bakehouse, we're dedicated to baking fresh, delicious treats just for you! Due to the perishable nature of our products and our commitment to quality, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges once your goodies have been delivered. We appreciate your understanding that all sales are final.

    Pick-up Location: 7920 42 Street SE, Unit 140 Calgary AB, T2C 2T5

    Need a different pick-up time? No problem! Just shoot us an email at hello@kimisbakehouse.ca and we'll work with you to find a convenient option.

    Remember, orders not picked up at the agreed-upon date and time can't be refunded or credited for a new order.

    Shipping Days and Policies:

    We deliver locally every Friday through our trusted delivery partner. Your goodies will arrive the same day by 8 PM.

    Please ensure your address is correct and complete to avoid any delivery hiccups. Kimi's Bakehouse isn't responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or packages marked as "delivered" but subsequently lost.

    If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, additional charges will apply for reshipment. We also can't refund shipping charges if delays are caused by closed locations or denied access to the delivery site.

    While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen weather delays may impact shipping times. Additionally, high volumes with shipping companies might cause some delays, and we appreciate your understanding.

    Refund, Exchange, or Return Policies:

    Due to the perishable nature of our treats and the inability to control their handling once they leave our hands, we can't accept exchanges or returns. All sales are final.

    Order Modifications:

    Need to make a change to your order? Contact us through the "Get In Touch" section, and we'll do our best to accommodate you if we hear from you at least 48 hours in advance.

    Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before your scheduled pick-up or shipping date. Once we've started preparing your order, we can't make any changes, modifications, or cancellations.
